1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility & Registration
To open an account on 38bet and use the platform's services, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
- You must register with your accurate personal information.
- One person may operate only one account.
- You must be financially independent and capable.
2.1 Registration Process
When opening an account, you must provide your correct name, phone number, and other required details. 38bet reserves the right to close an account if false or incomplete information is provided. 38bet may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
2.2 Duplicate Accounts
The same person or members of the same household may not claim multiple bonuses using separate accounts. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
3 Account Management
The security of your 38bet account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
3.1 Password & Security
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Do not give your password to anyone or save it on a public computer.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
- 38bet will not be responsible for account misuse if the user has disclosed their own credentials.
3.2 Account Verification
38bet may request a national identity card or other proof of identity at any time as part of the KYC process. 38bet reserves the right to suspend transactions if required documents are not provided.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
38bet processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
38bet currently supports three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering conditions of any active bonus remain unfulfilled. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, 38bet may suspend or cancel the withdrawal.
4.4 Transaction Responsibility
If a deposit is made with an incorrect account number or details, the user bears full responsibility. 38bet credits funds only after confirmation, and a record of every transaction is kept.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
38bet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user will receive each promotion only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
- Claiming a bonus with fraudulent intent may result in account termination.
- 38bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If a withdrawal of the original deposit is requested before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
6 Betting & Gaming
38bet offers various gaming options including sports betting, casino games, and live casino. Certain important rules must be followed while playing.
6.1 Sports Betting
38bet determines the available markets and odds for sports betting. If a technical error or incorrect odds are displayed, 38bet reserves the right to void the relevant bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games are operated through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealers. Game results are determined through a fully impartial and verifiable process. 38bet may temporarily suspend a game for maintenance at specific times.
6.3 Technical Game Errors
If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues or device failure, the result of that round will be reviewed and the issue resolved. In such cases, 38bet's decision is final.
7 Fair Play & Security

8 Prohibited Activities

- Any attempt to influence game results.

9 Account Termination
38bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any reason, including:

- Extended period of inactivity.
9.1 Voluntary Closure
You may also request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, though this applies only to balances free of wagering conditions.
9.2 Self-Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability
38bet is not liable for any loss in the following circumstances:
- If a game or bet fails due to an internet connection disruption.
- Due to an error by a third-party service provider (payment gateway, game provider).
- Due to a problem with the user's own device or software.
- If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen technical or natural causes.
- If loss occurs due to the user disclosing their own information.
38bet strives to maintain the highest standard of service, but an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted service cannot be given.
